Gone in 21 seconds Sale, Delhi-Mumbai-Bangalore
For the annual Forever21 Sale, we created a very strong social media campaign, full of contests, quizzes, giveaways. In addition, we ran this campaign simultaneously in three cities. This created an enormous buzz. Some people slept outside the mall and some stood in line from 4 in the morning to be the first to get into the store. We had to have queue managers, in mall branding, security, health and safety personnel, and crowd control professionals to carry out a smooth sale. The company saw its largest daily numbers ever during the sale and sold most of the backlog of dead stock.
